Dr. Gulhima Arora is a renowned board certified dermatologist and cosmetologist in practice since over a decade now.
She is an alumnus of the prestigious King George Medical College (Andhra Medical College), Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh where she completed her graduation in the year 1996, with an outstanding academic profile at college, having got two gold medals and several more accolades.
She did her post graduation in Dermatology and Venereology from the Army Base Hospital, Delhi, in the year 2005, with many highs to her credit during this time also.
Her primary education has been in the best schools of the country, and she has taken active part in debates, elocutions, declamations, dramatics, singing and table tennis at the school level having won many interschool prizes.
Her hobbies are gardening, painting, listening to music and playing the synthesizer.
Her outstanding profile drew the media to her, and she has featured in a programme called Lakshya on National Television where a personal interview of hers was telecast.
A coffee table book called Buzz Creators featured her as an outstanding achiever. She has also featured in several news articles on important aspects of skin care and aesthetic treatments.
In 2017 she was conferred the fellowship of the Philippines Academy of Clinical and Cosmetic Dermatology for her outstanding work in the field of Clinical & Cosmetic Dermatology.
She conducts regular workshops to train dermatologists in various aesthetic procedures. As a part of the Special Interest Group of Lasers and Aesthetics - the Apex body of Indian Association of Dermatologists, Venereologists and Leprologists, on Lasers and Aesthetics in the country she is closely associated with laying down guidelines for these procedures in the country.
Dr. Gulhima is closely associated as the medical advisor to organizations of 'Cheers to Life' which deals with breast cancer patients and 'Martyr Flt Lt Maheesh Trikha Foundation'.
